Bank Executive Trainee - IT

Description du poste:

* Support and dealing with technical support cases, IT hardware setup, business application such as core banking system, Internet/mobile banking application and ATM services. * Track the application change requests and core banking issue logs, technical cases * Assist in preparing all required documents for approval before making change into production. * Provide aid to members of IT team and managers as required. * Assist to coordinate SIT and UAT environment and testing. * Involving in IT Assets tracking, both hardware and software related, make sure they are properly recorded and tracked. * Involving in IT procurement, change/IT product specification related Prepare IT related reports * Track all IT request related from business users and properly document. * Coordinate with IT related vendors * All other matter ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time

Profil requis du candidat:

* Fresh graduated or forth year student in IT/Computer Science from a reputable university/institute. * Keen to learn and interest in technologies * Knowledge in networking, IT hardware, programming languages and in user's application development tools (C#, JAVA, J2EE, Visual Basic, Jboss/WebSphere...) * Knowledge in databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL * Knowledge in Web Applications, Java or .NET Web application is a plus * Good communication skill, problem solving, time management. * Able to learn and understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile
