Job summary

此岗位仅限应届毕业生或工作经验在1年以下人士

Responsibilities
1. Provide business support to PAI managers: (including, but not limited to) KYC, internal credit application's preparation (including system input and setup), and assistance to RM to coordinate with client service and back-office team for clients' daily transactions follow-up.
2. Assist to PAI coverage for daily Know Your Customer (KYC), data analysis, clients' relationship maintenance and daily transaction coordination.
3. Assisting client meetings, support on the call reports and various client information collection and analysis.
4. Support to RM to prepare the internal credit application (business and financial risk analysis of client).
5. Record and analyze the data to internal system, like KIWIS, CREW and DAFNE etc
6. Assisting in providing operational support for various transactions such as gathering supporting documents, necessary approvals following the bank's procedures.
7. Interacting with middle, back office and product lines (ITB and GMD fx) for daily operations.
8. Interacting with loan documents team and CRM on credit document preparation, credit security maintenance, etc.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree and above, with major in Finance related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
2. Native Chinese speaker and good command of French and English. Fluent French skill is mandatory.
3. The personality of skilled for communication.
4. Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit.
5. Relationship management and Commercial sense.
6. Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
