二、项目介绍：
赫力昂天津工厂管培生项目旨在培养未来生产管理与数字化变革的中坚力量。你将从生产一线起步，通过跨职能轮岗拓宽业务视野、积累实战经验，最终成长为既懂生产又善于推动创新的复合型人才。

三、岗位职责：
1、在生产、工程、质量、卓越运营等核心部门进行轮岗，全面了解制造业务流程；
2、参与车间生产管理、流程优化及日常运营支持；
3、投身于效率提升、自动化升级、数字化工厂建设等前沿项目，积累项目实践经验。

四、任职资格：
1、2025-2026届硕士毕业生，计算机、自动化、工业工程、机械电子、智能制造等相关专业；
2、对制造业抱有热情，愿意深入一线，具备快速学习和适应能力；
3、出色的组织、沟通与团队协作能力，能够积极应对挑战；
4、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言（必需）。
