What you'll do

* Support senior coverage bankers with pitches, analysis, customer KYC and onboarding
* Conduct financial analysis, sector research and credit analysis.
* Prepare materials for internal committees and support approval processes
* Coordinate with product partners (DCM, FX, Rates, Lending, ESG, Credit and others) on client opportunities
* Monitor client portfolios, financial developments and capital markets events

Entry requirements to be eligible for our NatWest Markets graduate programme in Amsterdam, you'll need:

* To have, or be on course to achieving, a degree classification of at least 7 (or equivalent) in your Bachelor's degree
* Fluency in English and Dutch
* A proven interest in corporate finance and capital markets
* A genuine desire to build a client-facing career in corporate banking
* The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
* An entrepreneurial approach to your work
* A strong customer focus
