About the role
Join the Commercial stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program within our Materials Group Business Unit and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and business development. You'll rotate through different assignments, exploring diverse marketing disciplines and developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities
* Championing our products as you manage all aspects of the product lifecycle within a specific market segment, influencing key decisions around pricing, promotion, placement, and innovation.
* Driving growth by supporting and leading key Marketing initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targets.
* Support with shaping business strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations based on your in-depth market analysis and assessments.
* Showcasing your creativity and communication skills by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Qualifications:
* University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant Business / Engineering field.
* Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in English.
* Creative and collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute unique strengths and ideas to the team.
