Position: Strategic Transport Projects- Intern
Contract Type: 12 month internship

Eligibility Criteria:
This internship is part of a local programme in collaboration with universities in Germany. To be eligible, candidates must:
* Be based in Bonn or within a commutable distance.
* Be actively enrolled at a German university for the entire duration of the internship.
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide documentation confirming your eligibility. This includes a valid ID, student visa (if applicable), and an official enrolment certificate.
Your key accountabilities include:
* Managing and maintaining business intelligence processes, data, and reporting tools, including issue troubleshooting.
* Supporting global communication planning, scheduling, and coordination of content across the transport organisation.
* Maintaining program tools and methodologies such as action logs, status reports, and project templates.
* Preparing and coordinating high-quality content for global meetings, events, and stakeholder sessions.
* Supporting the structuring, prioritisation, and follow-up of activities within global workstreams and deployment projects.
* Collaborating with regional and global transport teams, gaining visibility across multiple strategic initiatives.
What are we looking for from you?
* A background in Business Administration, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate or above).
* A proactive, structured, and organised approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
* Fluent English and an enthusiasm for data, digital tools, and business applications.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and the motivation to work across diverse teams, projects, and stakeholder groups in a global environment.
