Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive compensation and support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Support in designing and implementing personnel development measures
* Cooperation with various specialist areas and support in stakeholder management
* Preparation of target group-specific communication and presentation documents (e.g. PowerPoint)
* Planning, preparation and follow-up of workshops and events
* Carrying out research and analyses on relevant topics
* Support with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
* Collaboration on creative and project-related ad-hoc tasks

Your profile
You are studying communication sciences, marketing, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills

* Distinctive willingness to learn: Openness to new topics and rapid familiarization with complex issues
* Strong team spirit: Enjoyment of working together in a dynamic environment and achieving goals together
* High level of initiative: Independent identification of tasks and their proactive processing
* Strong analytical thinking skills: Ability to structure complex problems and develop well-founded solutions
* Very structured way of working: careful and organized approach even with several tasks at the same time
* Profound MS Office skills: In particular, experienced use of PowerPoint and Excel
* Convincing presentation skills: Ability to present complex content clearly and comprehensibly

Nice-to-have Skills
* First practical experience (e.g. through internships, student initiatives or projects)
* Knowledge of other common software applications (e.g. collaboration tools, project management software)
* Interest in digital trends and innovative technologies as well as in personnel development topics
