About the Position

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, software engineering or a similar field and have profound knowledge of information and communication technologies and/or programming. You also meet the following requirements:

· Relevant experience: You have at least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles, initial professional experience) in the field of modern digital technologies.
· Expertise: You have a solid foundation in information technology and a strong interest in one or more of the following forward-looking technology areas:
o Network Technologies & Architecture (e.g. 5G, ORAN, etc.)
o Software Engineering (e.g. DevOps, Full-Stack Development, Cloud Computing, etc.)
o Artificial Intelligence (e.g. Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.)
o Big Data / Data Analytics
o Cyber Security
· Personality: You are curious, courageous and question the status quo, bring an innovative spirit to the table and actively contribute ideas and enjoy being part of a collaborative trainee community.
· Value orientation: You attach great importance to technology being developed and used in line with our humanistic values and ethical principles, such as the Telekom AI-Guidelines. As part of the board area Product & Technology, you are motivated to pioneer technology on a global scale and contribute to delivering trusted products that our customers love. You are committed to sustainability and strive to make a positive contribution to society.
· International experience: You bring intercultural experience and openness to international cooperation, whether through internships, semesters abroad or other professional or academic activities.

· Language skills: You are fluent in English (C1 level). German language skills at B2 level are required
