The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities： - Create insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and recommend best practices - Conduct research and market sizing of industries deriving actionable recommendation - Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficiency - Help removing operational blockers by collaborating with sales reps

Profil requis du candidat:
