A wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, is the energy provider for the Telekom Group in Germany and ensures the availability of critical infrastructures. The core business is the planning, configuration and provision of energy-based products for the secure operation of technical critical infrastructure systems in information and communication technology (ICT). Related to this is the procurement, provision and delivery of energy. PASM is committed to expanding renewable energy sources on a sustained basis.

Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Support in various areas of the company (Communication, HR, Strategy & Business Development, Operating Office, IMS)
* Collaboration in creating and maintaining internal and external communication materials (including social media and web)
* Support in optimizing and digitizing processes, particularly in the HR environment
* Collaboration on strategic topics and the development of corporate strategy
* Carrying out market and competition analyses
* Preparation of presentations and decision documents for management
* Cooperation with various specialist areas and support in day-to-day operations

Your profile
You are studying business administration, economics, management, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong organizational, communication and expressive skills
* Experience in content and channel management, including creating meaningful presentations
* Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement
* Affinity and experience with digitization initiatives
* Excellent use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop strategies (experience in portfolio and competition analyses)
* Demonstrable ability to effectively collaborate within a team
* Openness to changing topics and areas of responsibility
* Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-have Skills
* Programming experience
* Basic knowledge or willingness to familiarise yourself with JIRA for project tracking
* Knowledge of AI tools
