The People Engagement Team is part of T-Systems' Human Resources division. Your role
We are looking for a creative and proactive intern in the area of content creation/video production to support our HR people engagement initiatives. During a six-month internship, you will help produce appealing content, design social media campaigns and support internal and external HR communication. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production, storytelling, and employer branding in a dynamic HR environment.

Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Create, edit, and produce videos and multimedia content for HR and people engagement initiatives
* Development of concepts for new content formats and interactive media
* Involvement in social media campaigns and online HR communication
* Independent operation of camera equipment and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Guidance and support for colleagues during filming to ensure a smooth process and a confident appearance
* Working with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and implement communication strategies
* Working with external creative agencies and production partners to implement integrated content campaigns
* Preparation of detailed briefings with campaign goals, target groups, brand guidelines and deliverable specifications
* Weekly progress reviews and milestone checks to ensure on-time and budget

Your profile
You are studying communication sciences, marketing, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Passion for storytelling, video production, and creative content
* Practical experience using cameras, smartphones and the Adobe Creative Suite
* Good eye for image design, lighting, sound and production quality
* Skills in creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Experience with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps)
* Familiarity with trending audio, hashtags, and viral content formats
* Structured, proactive and independent way of working
* Very good communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English
* Curiosity to discover new topics and flexibility to participate in a wide range of HR projects

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
