This pathway is designed for Trainees, Interns, and Apprentices embarking on a temporary assignment within Air Liquide who are initially exploring roles across various departments. The objective is to help map out and understand which areas of our business our Trainees, Interns, and Apprentices connect with most during their time with us. Job Description
Assist in the collaborative initiatives and daily rhythm of the department.
Contribute to reviewing policies and procedures to help advance our shared processes.
Provide supportive partnership to the team when required.
Assist in conducting training, and support smaller projects as requested by the function/department.
Provide support in various documentation and knowledge sharing.
