Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant in Finance, you will advise clients on strategic and tactical aspects of their business, focusing on optimizing financial performance. You will work closely with clients to refine their existing strategy or develop a new one, considering competitive and market forces. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assist with Financial Planning: Learn and explore various financial planning and forecasting techniques, such as strategic planning, P&L and balance sheet planning, and financial modeling, to support client engagements.
* Identify Performance Gaps: Participate in analyzing client data to identify areas for improvement and assist in developing comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
* Support Client Transformations: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and contribute to guiding them through strategic and financial transformations, ensuring their long-term success and profitability.
* Observe Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with competitive and market forces that may impact client businesses and assist in refining their strategies accordingly.
* Learn from Client Engagements: Contribute to and learn from client projects, developing your understanding of business transformation and financial planning principles.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Segundo/tercer año de la carrera de Ciencias Economicas. Buen dominio de inglés (intermedio). Manejo de Excel nivel avazado. Perfil analítico y orientado al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información.

* Financial Modeling Knowledge: Exposure to financial modeling concepts and techniques, including data analysis and forecasting methods, to support client engagements and business transformation initiatives.
* Data Analysis Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies to identify performance gaps and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.
* Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business operations, including strategic planning, P&L and balance sheet planning, to support client transformations and ensure long-term success and profitability
