PR Intern

Description du poste:

We are looking for an PR intern who will be based in Brussels. During your internship you will assist the PR Managers of different divisions (Fashion, Beauty) and gain knowledge/experience around the following:

Fragrance & Beauty
* Follow-up press requests (send out products, price requests, shooting requests, writing internal comms messages)
* Managing visuals (classification)
* Monitoring media (print & digital)
* Follow-up inventory and send-outs
* Contact with different departments for tools,.. (Marketing,…)
* Follow-up requests Make Up (inventory/…).
* Making reports & analysis launches
* Supporting new launches (press releases, check translation, products, price lists,..)
* Good understanding of social media. Follow-up & monitoring Influencers on all channels
* Work with media monitoring tools and monitoring visibility of social media profiles
* Post-launch reports
* Contribution events & event management
* Participation influencer selection
* Post event reporting

Fashion
* Follow-up press requests (prices, visuals, samples…)
* Assisting send-outs Fashion shootings
* Monitoring press results
* Partially showroom management and sample handling

Corporate
* Internal presentations
* Preparation PR showroom for press visits

Profile:
* Team player, flexible, proactive, positive mindset
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* Good understanding of the media environment (print, digital, social)
* Perfect knowledge of Word, excel, powerpoint
* Affinity for the luxury sector
* Available for a minimum of six months
