Job Description

A day in the life of an Intern in the Structured Front Office Lease team
* You will support the Structured Front Office team in day-to-day business tasks.
* Prepare and send email replies to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Create quotations and follow up on them: monitor statuses, chase pending feedback, and ensure timely progression.
* Coordinate with CLT and Sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient information flow.
* Identify tasks that can be transferred or optimized and propose improvements where relevant.

● Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
● Language: French and Dutch mandatory and English is a plus
● Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
● Organizational skills and attention to detail
