What are your contributions to the team?

* Work with the Salesforce.com Product Owner Team to triage and categorize daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks.
* Deliver Salesforce.com solutions: implement assigned change requests submitted by users; document requirements, participate in testing and liaise between the technical teams and the business.
* Interact, and support business stakeholders through written and verbal communications.
* Deliver weekly and month reports for management.
* Keep up with changes in the user community and administrate focal management processes.
* Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements.
* Maintain and /or create procedural documentation related to the department's processes.
* Plan required activities that will contribute to your assigned tasks and / or projects; organize your day in order to meet deadlines and work in a very dynamic environment.
