This Position reports to:Marketing Sales&Service Finance Manager

The internship is for students in their last year of Accounting and Management DEC followed by a summer job until the end of August 2026. The internship lasts 5 weeks, with an extension into a summer job within the customer claims team.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

* Assist the collections team with customer payments
* Participate in month-end journal entries with the Sales & Marketing Accounting team as well as General Accounting
* Follow up on consignment inventory
* Follow up on company vehicles
* Analyze and record transportation expenses
* Work on customer claims related to open billing disputes

What it takes to run what runs the world

* Enrolled in a DEC - Accounting and Management (final year of DEC)
* Strong analytical and accounting skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Must be able to commute to the Iberville area office in Saint-Jean 5 days a week
* French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis
