Summary
Department: Corporate & Leveraged Finance

The position will assist in the origination and execution of transactions in the AFA & LTFG transactions in APAC and eligible candidates should be available to start the position from April 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior team members in the origination of new business for both Leveraged, TMT & Acquisition Finance and Rating & Capital Structure Advisory in CLF
* Support deal execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region as assigned by seniors
* Perform financial and credit analysis, research and modelling in the execution of mandates
* Prepare marketing, proposals or presentations to prospective clients
* Draft credit applications and annual reviews incl. rating, PI analysis, KYC etc. as required
* Provide general assistance to the team in all commercial, execution, marketing and reporting / budgeting functions

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor or Master student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
