Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's senior-year student or Master's student, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. Able to commit at least 3 working days per week on-site for a minimum 3-month internship. Proficiency in automation tools, such as RPA platforms, Power Automate, or similar workflow/automation technologies. Strong skills in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or other similar tools, with the ability to build dashboards or analytical reports. Demonstrates strong ownership mindset and responsibility, with the ability to follow through tasks independently and deliver reliably.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Project Execution (70%)
Collaborate with the finance team to understand documented automation requirements and support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions. Tool Training & Enablement (10%)
Assist project team members in learning and adopting automation or visualization tools by sharing best practices, demos, and usage tips. Technology Scouting & Enhancement (10%)
Introduce and evaluate emerging tools and technologies that can further improve automation efficiency and effectiveness in finance workflows. Finance Department Support (10%)
Perform other assigned tasks to support the broader finance function.
