Job Description:

ACCOUNTABILITY

Support the Staffing team on the Archiving Project, including:
Mastering the archiving workflow to ensure full compliance with internal standards.
Systematically organizing and digitizing historical documents with high attention to detail to meet urgent project deadlines.
Assist in the comprehensive administration of the employee lifecycle, including:
Maintaining P-files, pre-onboarding, day1 onboarding support, probation tracking, contract renewals, offboarding, internal transfers, and issuing employee certificates.
Facilitating the company chop application process.
Conduct data quality check and cleanup for both physical and digital HR records to ensure information accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with businesses to support staffing requests and provide timely updates.
Facilitate cross-departmental interface activities by coordinating with stakeholders on various HR operational processes.
Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION: with ___bachelor___ degree, in __HR_& business management or a related field
EXPERIENCE: Relevant internship experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
CERTIFICATION:
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: data analysis skill is a plus
ABILITIES: (1) communication skills with different functions, entities (2) patient and careful for daily operations (3) principled and flexible
