This project focuses on the holistic management of the E2E employee lifecycle. By streamlining core operational touchpoints-from seamless onboarding to structured offboarding-the initiative aims to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance service delivery through digitization and workflow automation. Interns will engage in mapping the employee journey, ensuring data integrity, and implementing process improvements that bridge the gap between high-volume operations and a frictionless employee experience
