* Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat
* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
* Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
* Documenting customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to improve support processes and procedures
