About the role

Join our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Warehouse team and learn how continuous improvement enables efficient and agile supply chain operations. As a OpEx Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in improving flows, reducing waste, and optimizing processes to ensure materials and products move efficiently across the site.

Key responsibilities:
* Support operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse and logistics processes
* Design a data gathering system across the warehouse for operational performance management and problem identification.
* Learn how to improve flow efficiency and eliminate waste across supply chain operations
* Assist in analysing material flows, stock management and process bottlenecks
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and accuracy
* Support implementation of standard work and visual management tools
* Collaborate in problem-solving activities related to logistics inefficiencies
* Contribute to initiatives that improve service levels and operational agility
* Engage with teams to promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Qualifications and skills
* Bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business or related scientific discipline.
* Interest in operations, logistics, and process optimization
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
* Programming and basic use of AI
* Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic knowledge of Lean or Supply Chain concepts (nice to have)
