Customer Facing & Order Management Internship
We are looking for a motivated Trainee to join our Customer Service and Logistics Department, supporting daily operations related to sales orders, customer interactions, and logistics coordination.

About the Role
As a Trainee, you will work closely with our Customer Service and Logistics teams, gaining hands-on experience in order management, customer support, and process optimization.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Spain and Portugal, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
What You Will Do
* Support Customer Facing & Order Management Representatives in Spain and Portugal with daily order management and customer requests
* Provide specific support on CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
* Work with our network of service specialists to identify opportunities to optimize order-to-billing processes
* Investigate customer queries that cannot be resolved during the first call, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
* Interact with service specialists when customer issues require deeper technical knowledge or further investigation
Who You Are
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Business or Logistics
* Spanish and English knowledge are essential, Portuguese will be a plus
* Usage of MS Office, good level in Excel
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a plus
* Team Collaboration and good communication skills
* Ability to work in multi-functional projects
* Organized and able to manage deadlines and multitask daily activities
