Amadeus is offering internship opportunities across different teams and departments for students who want to develop strong analytical skills while contributing to real business initiatives.
As an intern, you will work with experienced professionals, support data-driven activities, and learn how analytics, data tools, and structured processes help shape business decisions. You will develop technical and professional skills in an international, collaborative, and dynamic environment that values curiosity, learning, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

In this program, you will:
* Support data collection, cleaning, validation, and structuring activities across different business areas.
* Assist in building or maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Excel and BI tools.
* Contribute to process documentation, knowledge resources, and workflow materials.
* Help prepare presentations, summaries, or communication content for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics, reporting, or governance initiatives.
* Shadow analytics and business experts to understand how data supports strategy, performance, and risk management.
* Participate in learning and upskilling activities related to BI tools, analytics frameworks, or Agile methodologies.
* Learn to work with tools such as Power BI, Qlik Cloud, SharePoint, Power Automate, Confluence, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

* Studies in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Finance, or related analytical fields.
* Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring).
* Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
* Interest in data analysis, reporting, automation, or analytics strategy.
* Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or workflow tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to explain data in a simple, business-oriented way.
* Structured thinking and strong organization skills.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
* Fluent English (required).
* Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.

Eligibility Criteria & Program Details
This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements:

* Be under 30 years old at the internship start date
* Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years
* Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE
* Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies
* Hold one of the following academic qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed)
* Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credits

* This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor's or Official Master's graduates with limited prior internship experience.
* Expected start date: May-June 2026. Candidates must be fully available to begin full-time during this period
* Duration of the program: 6 months + 6 months
* Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
* Location: Madrid
