Are you ready? Do you like perfumes? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Executive Assistant specializing in fields of Business Administration / Sales / Marketing. This pivotal internship requires an individual who can adeptly manage a variety of administrative, operational, and marketing functions to ensure the smooth running of our office in Barcelona. The successful candidates will be tasked with facilitating communication between various companies while also assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. You have previous experience with Shopify only shop management. You will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing essential documents, thereby directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive operations. Remuneration in case of min. 2 months internship : legal 4.35 EUR / hour. Hours are flexible.
