HR & Health and Safety Trainee

This opportunity is open to students looking for a 6- to 12-month internship.

At Pandora, our People & Planet team plays a key role in bringing our people strategy and our "We Care" value to life across our stores and offices in Spain and Portugal.

The team is responsible for supporting HR Operations and Occupational Health & Safety processes, helping to ensure that our employees work in a safe, positive and well-managed environment.

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a particular focus on occupational health, safety and well-being. You will work closely with internal teams, employees and external partners, while developing a strong understanding of how HR Operations and risk prevention processes are managed within an international retail company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

* Coordinate occupational health surveillance and medical examination appointments for employees across Spain and Portugal.
* Monitor the completion of mandatory health and safety training modules through the learning platform.
* Support the planning and follow-up of monthly training and prevention activities.
* Assist with occupational risk prevention documentation, assessments and administrative processes.
* Prepare and update HR reports, including absenteeism and health and safety indicators.
* Register and maintain assessment forms and employee records.
* Digitalize documentation and keep SharePoint files and databases up to date.
* Support the coordination of activities with external occupational health and safety providers.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team.
* Participate in projects related to employee well-being, health and workplace safety.

MORE ABOUT YOU

* Currently studying for a Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Labor Relations or a related field.
* Eligible to enter into an internship agreement with a university, business school or educational institution.
* Fluent in Spanish, with a good level of English.
* Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with processes, documentation and data.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative and confident working with different teams and external partners.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused, proactive and eager to learn.
* Comfortably using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Interested in Human Resources, employee well-being and occupational health and safety.
