Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a highly motivated **Administrative Assistant** to provide clerical and administrative support the Water Business Lines in **Denver, Colorado** . The position will involve coordinating and supporting meetings and conferences, coordinating and tracking AECOM policy compliance, and providing general administrative support to water business line staff. _This position is expected to begin in May 2026._ The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Will work under general supervision of department and division managers + Assists project and people managers on administrative tasks for various projects. + Coordinates and tracks program compliance for various AECOM policies. + Prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents. + Schedules and coordinates meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes. + Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), and other programs to accomplish work. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + High School Diploma. + Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required. **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiar with professional office environment, practices, and procedures. + Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), and other programs to accomplish work. + Should have a good command of their communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail. + Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills. + Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment. + Exhibits initiative, responsibility and flexibility. + Resourceful, highly organized, and detail oriented. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. + Effective time-management and interpersonal Skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
