Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Prepare state and local income/franchise tax returns.
* Research on various state and local tax matters.
* Meets established deadlines.
* Mail return packages to taxing authorities by deadlines.
* Assists with various projects and project teams as needed.

Qualifications:
* Rising college junior, senior or recent graduate in an accounting program
* Demonstrates an understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts such as operating profit/loss and net income
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access
* Excellent oral, written and interactive communication skills
* Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organization skills
* Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
* Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers

Additional Criteria:
* Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required.
* Requires schedule flexibility depending on business needs
