Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Learning Solutions Intern to join the Retail Learning Academy to support a variety of training-related projects and initiatives designed to enhance the ongoing educational development of our Retail and Corporate teams.
Reporting to the Senior Academy Manager in Learning Solutions, this diverse role provides the opportunity to contribute to impactful learning experiences across multiple functions within the organization. This internship offers valuable, hands-on experience in instructional design, project management, and learning marketing communication within a dynamic and fast-paced luxury retail environment.
The ideal candidate will possess: Passion for Learning & Instructional Design, with a focus on innovative and effective solutions. Proven ability in organizational and project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Exceptional written and verbal communication, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Adept at collaborative work within fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint. Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe InDesign/ Photoshop). Strong technological acumen, effectively partnering with diverse departments. Multilingual proficiency and/or translation editing experience a plus Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC 6-month contract Legally authorized to work in the US Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan
