Description du poste:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Office Intern to join our team. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality, guest relations, hotel operations, and customer service within an international environment.

This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about hospitality and tourism and who enjoy interacting with guests from around the world while developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a professional and friendly customer experience.
Supporting the check-in and check-out process.
Handling guest reservations, modifications, cancellations, and updating booking information.
Providing information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and tourist activities.
Responding to guest enquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
Assisting with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and excursion bookings.
Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage) to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently.

Profil requis du candidat:

Requirements:
Full-time availability (35 hours/week).
Internship duration until 31 October.
Minimum duration is 2 months. 
Good command of English; 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
