Schedule- 25-30 hrs/week | Minimum 1-year internship

What You'll Do-

As a Capability Development Intern, you'll support the Group HR team with-

* Coordinating capability-building projects
* Analyzing data and supporting L&D reporting
* Helping create decision-making and communication materials
* Supporting admin and translation tasks
* Bringing your ideas to life with ownership and curiosity

Who We're Looking For-

* University student with active enrolment in Hungary
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Confident communicator and team player
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
