Job Description
What you will do
* Support our multinational HR organization across the full employee lifecycle (from onboarding to employee changes and offboarding)
* Manage incoming HR requests, ensuring accurate handling, clear documentation, and timely resolution in line with defined guidelines
* Provide guidance to employees on HR-related processes and policies as a reliable point of contact
* Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, data changes, and offboarding-related tasks
* Contribute to smooth HR operations by supporting process improvements and handling ad-hoc tasks when needed
* Collaborate closely with other HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Work side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Qualifications
What you bring
* Active full-time student status at a college or university (BA or MA)
* Availability to work at least 30 hours/week for a minimum of 6 months
* Native Serbian or Romanian language skills and a good command of English
* Strong interest in building experience in HR
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
* Reliability, ownership mindset, and a strong customer orientation
