Skill Development Intern

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To support the daily operations and development projects of the Skill Development team, with a focus on training administration, learning processes, and digital learning solutions.

Main Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support for training and development programs
* Maintain and manage training-related data and records
* Handle participant lists, attendance sheets, and feedback collection
* Support the organization of internal academy trainings (coordination, logistics, communication)
* Participate in Learning Management System (LMS) testing, including collecting user experience feedback
* Assist in the preparation of training materials
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, business functions)
* Prepare reports and summaries (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
* Support ongoing skill development projects with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

* Ongoing University (MA/MSc) or College (BA/BSc) studies in HR, business, psychology, or related fields
* Strong attention to detail and reliable administrative skills
* Interest in learning and development, training, and competency development
* Good command of English (both written and spoken)
* Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills and structured thinking
* Proactive and independent working style
