About the Role
Livspace is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Home Textile Design Intern to support seasonal collections across bedding, cushions, curtains, and soft furnishings.
This role offers exposure to the complete retail design cycle - from trend research and mood boards to artwork development and vendor-ready files.
If you understand repeats, color stories, and commercial design - this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in seasonal trend research and mood board creation
* Develop surface prints, repeats, and placement artworks
* Create color stories aligned to category strategy
* Prepare CADs and technical artwork files
* Support sample development & vendor coordination
* Maintain design library and artwork documentation
* Adapt prints across SKUs (bedsheets, cushions, curtains etc.)

Required Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
* Good knowledge of Photoshop
* Understanding of repeat patterns (half drop, mirror, full repeat)
* Strong sense of color and proportion
* Basic knowledge of textile materials & printing techniques
* Attention to detail and file accuracy
* Good to Have
* Exposure to retail or export house environment
* Understanding of costing & commercial viability
* Hand illustration skills
* Awareness of print techniques (rotary, digital, screen)
