Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

* Initial HR Screening Calls to assess communication, interest, notice period, CTC, etc.
* Maintaining Trackers - updating candidate status, interview feedback, and pipeline reports
* Candidate Engagement - regular follow-ups to ensure process continuity
