Global Store Design Layout Internship | starting date: April 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Retail Experience team which deals with making a strategic plan for stores worldwide, developing and designing them in accordance with the new concept to create a strong brand identity on a large scale. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:
* Layout development of Amplifon stores with the new concept at a global level, ensure the design consistency
* Support the implementation of store concept design, through the study of new coherent solutions and feasibility assessment.
* Collaborate directly with internal departments to ensure that all the information provided following the agreed schedule
* Monitor projects timing and quality check during the different phases
* Communicate timely and effectively the changes of design direction with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
* Participation in weekly meetings with construction local teams on budgets, reports and project management topics.
* Support in supplier relations during the qualification and engineering phases
* Play an active role in the team and supports pro-actively different projects

You are the right person if you:
* Have a background in Architecture or Interior Design
* Are fluent English
* Are willing to work with a global multicultural team
* Have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel), Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus)
* Have ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate with various stakeholders
* Have energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged
