As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities - Support project-based goal tracking by monitoring key metrics across merchant and product performance, including sample supply, content output, and sales contribution. - Analyze data to identify high-potential merchants and products, helping define the incubation profile and pathway for affiliate-focused sellers. - Track and report on sample supply and content creation trends, identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize resource allocation. - Assist in preparing weekly reports and analytical materials to summarize business performance and highlight key trends. - Contribute to case study development by analyzing merchant and product performance, providing data-backed insights to support Account Managers in merchant outreach and pitch preparation. - Help synthesize best practices and develop actionable pathways for merchants to optimize their affiliate investments. - Support the consolidation of hit product cases by gathering data and insights from cross-functional teams, including policy resources, merchant BD inputs, and match-making incubation cases. - Assist in quantifying the value of hit products by analyzing metrics such as sustained GMV growth contribution, merchant tier upgrades, and overall store GMV impact. - Help document and communicate the methodology behind hit product incubation-for example, the correlation between sample investments, content volume, creator partnerships, and product success-to educate merchants and Account Managers on best practices
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. - Available to start immediately till the end of the year - Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok. - Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills Preferred Qualifications - Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool. - Previous experience in influencer affiliate , content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued. - Programming or coding skills are a plus; interest in leveraging internal and external tools and models to explore AI-powered solutions for operational work is highly preferred
