Contexte et environnement

Gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment by contributing to various HR projects.

Activités

- Talent Acquisition
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach
Maintain and update the talent pool database
Support the tracking and reporting of recruitment KPIs
- Learning & Development
Update and maintain training matrices and records
Support job description reviews and updates
- Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
Support internal communication initiatives and campaigns
Assist in the follow-up of employee engagement projects
Support logistics for employee giveaways and events
Participate in ongoing well-being and employee care initiatives
- Administrative & Personnel Support
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Assist with personnel documentation and record-keeping
Support day-to-day HR operations

Profil du candidat

* Master's student specializing in Human Resources, Management, or Business
* Fluent in French, English, and Arabic
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive, creative, and results-oriented
*
Prior internships in Human Resources or a similar field are an advantage
