INTERNSHIP - HR Operations

Description du poste:

ING Luxembourg is looking for an HR Operations Intern for a minimum of six months starting in July 2026.
Please note that only candidates who can provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.

Your Mission

Within the "People Services" unit, the HR Operations intern will be entrusted with a variety of operational and administrative tasks related to career management and employee benefits (non-exhaustive list):
* Support the team's daily activities
* Process and administratively follow up on personnel movements: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity leave, parental leave, special leave
* Manage absences and sick leave
* Ensure personnel files and HR management tools are kept up to date
* Handle communications with various administrative bodies
* Participate in the improvement of HR processes
* Contribute to various HR projects (Examples: improving HR tools and procedures)
* Manage various administrative tasks: drafting and handling correspondence, updating the intranet, writing HR notes, corrective declarations, managing leasing vehicle fines, drafting various HR documents (work certificates, amendments, etc.)

* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both in a team and independently

Education/Experience:
* Master's degree
* A first experience in human resources is considered an asset

Languages:
* Perfect command of French and good proficiency in English are required
