Internship for IT Operation Support

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Manage incident and service order tickets, as well as handle user management tasks, such as access control
* Create system and application documentation, including training materials, to support users effectively
* Assist with test management, including creating and executing testcases
* Collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data
* Explore Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word plugins for compatibility with Agiloft and create installation packages
* Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel - Power Query

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
* Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
* Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
