Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:
* Provide first-level support by managing and responding to incoming support team emails and requests.
* Assist in resolving common customer issues using established processes, knowledge articles, and predefined solutions.
* Support license management, user account administration, and internal application-related requests.
* Monitor hosted service environments and escalate system alerts, incidents, or service disruptions when required.
* Assist with customer onboarding activities, including validating pre-Go Live requirements and readiness checks.
* Review and audit customer portals, documentation, and support records to ensure accuracy, usability, and ease of reference.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
* Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
* Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, and technical terminology.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, work collaboratively, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
