Intern, Quality Management (Pekan)

Description du poste:

The intern will contribute to improving the process such as supplier performance tracking, automating Bill of Material (BOM) reviews, developing self-service training modules, and streamlining document control processes. This is an excellent opportunity to apply analytical and technical skills to real-world business challenges.
Key Tasks:
* Supplier Performance: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier KPIs.
* BOM Review: Support the development and testing of an automated BOM comparison tool.
* Training Automation: Help create engaging, animated training content and integrate it into a self-service platform.
* Document Control: Contribute to establishing and improving document management workflows and change control systems.
* General: Support process mapping, data analysis, and automation initiatives across these areas.

Qualifikationen

* Academic qualification: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science / Analytics or Mechanical Engineering 
* IT skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI), Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint
* Language skills: English and Bahasa Melayu
* Other qualifications:

* Basic programming, data analysis and visualisation

* Strong academic record.

* Available for 6 months internship, full-time
