About the team The Project Management Office (PMO) team spearheads organisation-wide efficiency and transformation initiatives to unlock productivity and insights at scale-spanning executive meeting redesign, structured external stakeholder engagement, AI-driven workflow optimisation, and enterprise OKR frameworks with performance intelligence dashboards. This internship offers exposure to organisation-wide efficiency and transformation initiatives. Interns will work on real business problems such as AI-enabled productivity use cases, executive meeting optimisation, and OKR scorecards, while incorporating external stakeholder feedback (e.g. buyers, sellers, creators) to ground solutions in real operational pain points. Through hands-on project work and close collaboration with senior stakeholders, interns will develop structured problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills, while gaining a front-row view of how strategy is translated into execution in a large organisation. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Support organisation-wide efficiency and transformation initiatives, including executive meeting optimisation, workflow redesign, and productivity improvement projects - Assist in identifying, documenting, and validating AI-enabled use cases to improve operational efficiency and decision-making - Work closely with project owners and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, execution, and tracking of transformation initiative - Gather structured feedback from external stakeholders through interviews, sharing sessions, or existing feedback channels to understand operational pain points and friction areas - Synthesise external feedback into clear, actionable insights that inform internal efficiency, process improvements, or execution gaps - Benchmark global best practices across markets and translate insights into the design and implementation of OKR frameworks and scorecards that drive alignment between strategy and execution. - Monitor project progress, analyse performance data, and support post-initiative reviews to assess impact and improvement opportunities - Prepare structured analyses, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder discussions - Provide support on other ad-hoc strategic or operational projects as required

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled University student (Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields) - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables; ARRAYFORMULA and QUERY skills would be a big bonus) - Comfortable working with data analysis, process documentation, and structured problem-solving - Good analytical thinker with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications - Interest in strategy, transformation, operations, or productivity improvement - Curious about AI tools and automation in a business context - Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with multiple stakeholders By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
