Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical CRM Intern to support the Customer Relationship Management team in managing customer data, monitoring customer feedback, and supporting CRM-related initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer analytics, customer experience improvement, and CRM system processes within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer data within CRM systems
- Support analysis of customer feedback, complaints, and call/contact data
- Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for CRM performance tracking
- Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction indicators and service KPIs
- Support coordination of CRM projects, campaigns, or improvement initiatives
- Help ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal processes
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support CRM operations and management reporting
Qualifikationen
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, or related fields
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and numbers - Willingness to learn CRM systems and customer-centric processes
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred Attributes
- Interest in customer experience, customer analytics, or service improvement
- Detail-oriented with a structured and systematic approach - Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
