Aufgaben

Job Description:

* Contribute to key MBGD functions across Market Management, Planning, Ordering, and Reporting, supporting strategic business operations across the region.
* Support the preparation of high-quality monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership review.
* Assist in the coordination and processing of General Distributor claims, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
* Assist in coordinating with General Distributor markets on rolling forecasts, target planning, and program requirements to support the achievement of business objectives.
* Support the collection and analysis of market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor insights to help formulate strategies for assigned GD markets in line with Mercedes-Benz growth objectives.
* Gain the opportunity to take ownership of departmental projects and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
* Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and project-based initiatives as required

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Requirements:
* Degree in International Business/ Marketing/ Business Development/ Business Administration/ Business Analytics / Economics
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable with digital & AI tools (Copilot)
* Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
* Keen interest in international trade policies & update is a plus.
* Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
