* Hands-on experience by gaining practical experience in the field of Shared Service Center environment
* Meeting with Danoners with singular personalities and diverse career paths
* Finding and build defined career paths, fitting your personality, competencies and appetences
* Develop yourself with empowering and enriching missions
Your Missions:
* Support the deployment of development activities in line with the functional priorities
* Assisting in improving employee experience of functional development initiatives
* Participate in employee life cycle by assisting in developing communication and promoting positive employees experience
* Contribute to various project and development program
* Research and propose by participating actively in continuous improvement initiatives in related to Human Resources function

* Available for a duration of at least 3 to 6 months
* Final Years students who possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in relevant course of subject to the internship position you apply
* Interested in core HR activities and see your future career within HR function
* Good communicator and have great collaboration skills
* Good networking and relationship building skills
* Proficient in English, both in written and spoken. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
