YOUR ROLE
You will work on improving Lead Frame IPC management to reduce LF scrap, improve yield, and facilitate day-to-day management and traceability. You will use a structured improvement approach, such as DMAIC, and collaborate with different industrial functions.
Main tasks:
* Analyze current Lead Frame usage, scrap, and inventory/IPC flows
* Map and review existing LF IPC management processes and rules
* Identify main causes of LF scrap and mismanagement (mismatches, misallocations, mix-up risks, etc.)
* Propose, test, and validate improvement actions on IPC rules, data, and tools (coding, tracking, stock management)
* Contribute to improving traceability and robustness of LF management across production steps
* Monitor key indicators (scrap, stock accuracy, LF availability, yield impact)
* Prepare reports, standard procedures, and presentations on project progress and results
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Engineer or Master's degree student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Microelectronics or equivalent
* Knowledge or interest in continuous improvement (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)
* Interest in material/stock management, traceability and industrial data flows
* Good skills in data analysis and use of Excel or similar tools
* Analytical, rigorous, organized, and able to work in a team
* Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
