🚀 Key Roles And Responsibilities

* Support daily AR activities: Assist AR collectors with daily tasks such as data entry, organizing reports, gathering information, and maintaining files. Learn how to analyze data related to payments, invoices, and billing, support customer communications, assist with account reconciliations, and gain exposure to cash application processes.
* Administrative and learning support: Help with email follow-ups, meeting coordination, workshops, and the preparation of simple materials and presentations, developing organizational and communication skills.
* Relationship building: Learn how to build positive working relationships with internal teams and external customers, developing a service-oriented and collaborative mindset.
* Learning and development (AR exposure): Participate in Accounts Receivable-related projects, shadowing senior AR Analysts to understand end-to-end AR processes. Actively learn through observation and gradually contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions and problem-solving activities.

✅ Skills

* We're looking for students in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields with at least 1 to 1.5 years remaining before graduation, who are eager to bring analytical and creative skills to AR projects.
* Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) must be able to communicate fluently and confidently.
* Candidates should be proactive and comfortable interacting across teams. A collaborative and outgoing personality, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
* Availability for a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
