Practicante de Nóminas (Tlaxcala)

¿Qué harás?
Brindarás apoyo en los procesos del área de Nóminas, incluyendo:
* Administración y control de archivos.
* Seguimiento a los procesos de finiquitos.
* Apoyo en el proceso de altas de empleados para dos plantas.
¿Qué habilidades y capacidades te ayudarán a tener éxito?
* Organización.
* Enfoque en procesos.
* Responsabilidad.
* Habilidad matemática.
* Conocimiento intermedio de Excel.
¿Qué obtendrás de esta experiencia?
Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre los procesos de nómina dentro de una planta manufacturera, además de colaborar con distintas áreas de la organización para desarrollar habilidades de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y responsabilidad.
¿A quién reportarás?
Esta posición reporta directamente al Analista Sr. y al Analista Jr. del área.
¿Qué requisitos te ayudarán a ser exitoso en este rol?
* Alto sentido de responsabilidad para ejecutar las actividades asignadas.
* Muchas ganas de aprender y desarrollarte profesionalmente.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial, de 8:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
* Ser estudiante activo con fecha de graduación prevista para mediados de 2027.
* Estudiar alguna de las siguientes carreras:
* Administración
* Negocios Internacionales
* Contabilidad
* Finanzas
* Ingeniería Industrial
* O alguna carrera afín
* Nivel de inglés intermedio.
